I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Kakinada, especially enjoying the comfort and amenities offered. The overall cleanliness and attentiveness to safety measures during the pandemic were impressive. However, some aspects, like the dining experience and service quality, didn't quite meet my expectations, especially compared to the pricing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Initially, my room had issues with dampness and a missing fridge, but the manager quickly remedied that by providing a better room and a fridge the next day. The staff was genuinely friendly, making my stay pleasant overall despite some hiccups with room service and dining. I would consider staying again, but I hope they can improve on certain aspects.
